不論是在英國的西倫敦區或是在紐約時代廣場上，一件必做的事就是看一場歌劇或是百老匯
沒有看過，你就像是不曾來過倫敦或是紐約


歌劇在倫敦VS紐約
根據書上的說明，在英國，因為劇院多，演出的戲碼也多，
因此看歌劇是個很平常的事，
所以對於服裝並不像看到紐約的旅遊書上所說的須穿著很正式
但是我建議為了表達鄭重，仍是穿著正式服裝較適宜！

搶購半價票亭
所謂一分錢，一分貨，不管是在紐約或是在英國倫敦的百老匯歌劇院
若要感受到超近距離的視覺與聽覺享受，
要付出的金錢代價絕對是成正比的
但是有些時候，還是可以靠便宜的半價票亭去買票
票價大約是五折或是七五折的價格，要當天去排隊

搭乘交通方式：搭Tube到Leicester Square 站-Piccadilly Line(深藍線)或是Northern Line(黑線)
下車後步行至Leicester Square  萊斯特廣場公園南邊
From Leicester Square Underground station: 
Exit onto Charing Cross Road. Head West along Cranbourn Street.
At the end of Cranbourn Street, you will enter Leicester Square. 
Turn left and head to the South of the Square. TKTS is the building next to the Park, diagonally opposite the Radisson Edwardian Hampshire Hotel.
 
From Piccadilly Circus Underground station: 
Exit onto Coventry Street. Head East until you cross Wardour Street and approach Leicester Square. 
Once in the Square, turn right and head to the South of the Square. TKTS is the building next to the Park, diagonally opposite the Odeon cinema.

Opening hours:
Monday – Saturday: 9:00 – 19:00
Sunday: 10:30 – 16:30

付費方式：
Credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard and UK Maestro
Cash (Sterling only)
Theatre Tokens

手續費：A booking fee of £3.00 


美國紐約半價票亭
地點較多，依序如下

1. Times Square：Located "under the red steps" in Father Duffy Square on Broadway and 47th Street
Public Transportation:By subway: 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S to Times Square.


2.Downtown Brooklyn：In 1 MetroTech Center at the corner of Jay Street and Myrtle Avenue Promenade.
Public Transportation:
By subway:A, C, F, R to Jay Street-MetroTech.   2, 3, 4, 5 to Court Street-Borough Hall.
By bus: B54, B57, B61 stop on Jay and Myrtle. The B67 and B75 stop at Jay and Willoughby, just down the block from the booth.
