美國海關申報表

無論您是美國公民或是持有觀光簽證的遊客，每一位到達美國的人士都必須填寫一份海關申報表〈CBP Declaration Form 6059B〉，一個家庭只需填寫一份申報表。

填寫海關申請表時請據實以報，因為美國海關人員有時候會抽查入境旅客的行李，如果您所帶的東西被查到沒有據實以報，依法海關可以沒收您的財物，並且留下不良的紀錄。以後再次進入美國時，可能每次都會被檢查行李。

攜帶少於美金一百元的禮品入境不需關稅，帶入美國的金錢數額不限多少，但如果超過美金一萬元，則在海關申報表上必須註明。不可攜帶任何食品進入美國，尤其是易腐爛食物，如水果、蔬菜、肉類或農作物等，也不可以攜帶任何盜版或色情物品進入美國。任何含有麻醉成份的藥品、或注射藥物均須附上醫生開示的處方證明。走私麻醉藥物入境美國，將受巨額罰款。

如何填寫海關申報表〈中英文對照〉：

Each arriving traveler or head of family must provide the following information (only ONE written declaration per family is required):
